This newly interior designed three room apartment in the heart of trendy Prenzlauer Berg can accommodate up to eight people, so it's great for a family, large group or for those people who like having space! The flat is in a typical Berlin building with wooden floors. It's on the first floor and right on Berlin's beloved Kastanienallee. It has a cool mix of design classics like a Cor Sofa, DDR-Design chairs, interlübke and 70ties design lamps.

The first bedroom from the photo's has a king sized double bed and two lounge chairs which can be converted into two single beds. So in principle 4 people can sleep in this room. The second bedroom has a regular double bed and two free standing black DDR design chairs and table. The living room and bedroom 3 has a huge green sofa ( which cannot be turned into a sofa bed) and a double bed which sleeps an additional two people. The living room area also houses a TV/DVD. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and there is seating for up to 8. The luxurious bathroom has a shower and huge triangular bathtub.

Breakfast is possible to get from nine every morning in the famous 103bar, just 1 minute walk from the apartment. Please note that children may sleep for free as long as they do not require their own bedding. A baby cot and chair for kids are also available upon request.

There will also be a hand-out with tips on where to get the best and closest breakfast, the most happening bars, the juciest steaks, the hostest sauna's and so on!

ITB: The apartment is close to Eberswalderstrasse underground station. From there it takes 26 minutes via Schönhauserallee to the Messe Nord station (ITB conference)
