This split level designer 4/5 bedroom Berlin holiday apartment can sleep up to 10 adults, 3 children and 2 babies, so it is perfect for a large group.

The lower ground floor, can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. The space comprises of two interconnecting rooms. The first room is the lounge cum sleeping area which has a double sofa-bed, great for 2 people. Alternatively two single beds can be provided in that room. It also has a lovely antique desk area, great for writing or a laptop space. The second bedroom on this level houses a queens size double bed and en-suite shower room with a toliet. A spiral staircase links the downstairs with the upstairs level.

The upstairs floor can sleep up to 6 adults, 2 children and 1 baby very comfortably. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 huge very sleek open plan living/kitchen area. The impressive master bedroom can sleep 2 people in it's huge kings size bed. Next to the master bedroom is the family top to bottom tiled bathroom. On this level there is also an additonal washroom which houses a second toilet, large wash basin and bidet.

The second bedroom on this upper level is a twin room - it has 2 single beds which also can be pushed together and made into one. The 3rd bedroom is also like a twin in that it offers flexible sleeping arrangements. There is a small double sofa bed which can accommodate 1 or 2 adults and a double high bed which can sleep 1 adult or 2 children very comfortably. The open plan lounge and kitchen is a big enough space for the entire family to un-wind after a days sighseeing or would make a fantastic area for a briefing for those here on a film shoot. The flat is located moments from Bergmanstrase and near to Checkpoint Charlie and Templehof Airport which now plays host to various events such as the forthcoming "Bread & Butter"
