Guest Room Volks
This 19 square metre single guest room is in a 1920's style Berliner building. It has high ceilings, 4.5 metres high and is designed in a typically stylish Berliner way. The pictures show a sofabed, which will be replaced by a really comfy single bed. Photo's of which can be seen shortly! This guest room is a great choice for 1 person who maybe coming to Berlin on holiday or an extended business trip and looking for somehwhere affordable and centrally located!
The entire flat is huge, 180 square metres. You would share the large bathroom (with bath) with the 2 artisic owners of the flat. Themseleves along with their daughter, who in the summer months is away anyway, are not at home much at all. When they are at home the only request is that the kichten isn't used after 9pm (21:00) as they may have dinner parties. The american style open plan kitchen and has all the mod cons you'd expect.
The flat couldn't be more centrally located, it's in the heart of mitte on a really lovely street with some of the best fashion shops and restaurants that Berlin has to offer.
